Weekly Programs // Pathways for Deepening into Movement
The weekly programs provide a consistent framework for movement practice, combining physical exploration with technical refinement. They are open to dancers and movers seeking to expand their physical and creative capacities, therapists and educators looking for somatic tools, and anyone wishing to cultivate a more conscious relationship with movement in their daily lives.

Classes draw from a range of practices — dance, improvisation, floor work, and somatic approaches — creating a dynamic dialogue between body, space, and others. The work is experiential, multisensory, and group-oriented, exploring the body as a site of knowledge, awareness, and development.
This year, we offer two distinct weekly programs:
The Somatic program
Thursdays // 9:30–13:00
Focused on multisensory and experiential body research, this program develops skeletal-muscular awareness, balance and off-balance, coordination, and organic movement. Each session includes two complementary classes led by the Zuzima team and guest teachers.
The Technical program
Mondays // 17:00–20:30
Designed for participants with prior physical training who wish to deepen their engagement with diverse dance techniques. Throughout the year, the program builds strength, flexibility, technical precision, and stage presence through repertoire work, emphasizing ballet, release technique, floor work, and more.
Each track includes 24 sessions over the course of the year (November–June), with two classes per day, rotating each semester.
